Their prices may not be the lowest, but the workmanship is second to none. When they fix something, it’s fixed right the first time. I’ve never had to call them back because of a repair.

As a long-time customer, I have also appreciated how responsive they are during emergencies. After a winter storm and cold spell, an outdoor water faucet burst. They got someone to my house right away.

Most recently, Szymon handled a couple of service calls. He was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone I have dealt with at Andy Wotton Plumbing, including the wonderful woman who answers the phone, has been courteous and a pleasure to work with.

I think Chris Davis was the name of the technician and he had an apprentice with him but I don't know what his name was. Both friendly and professional.“
