“My son who is 11 and my daughter who is 4 have been coming here since they were born. My son had a milk protein allergy when he was born, and they quickly were able to diagnose him and help me get a prescription for his formula to be approved by his health insurance. Also, my daughter who is 4 also had a milk protein allergy but the insurance companies were being a pain and not covering it at all, but I was happy to get frequent phone calls from the team at West Hartford Pediatrics to pick up some extra sample containers that they had. Also, my daughter was a COVID baby and during the baby formula shortage, they also would call and have things available. All of their wellness checks have always gone great. Every time my daughter got sick, which was a lot while in daycare, I was always to get time to get her seen. If I needed a letter for daycare for anything, they were always willing and available. No Complaints! My kids feel safe at WH Pediatrics.“

“I use this location for my PCP and to get blood drawn at the adjacent lab. The wait is not too bad for the doctors but the lab can be hit or miss. One time you may be the only one waiting and the next time you're spending close to an hour standing because they've removed most of the chairs (due to COVID). Obviously that's not their fault but it might help to have more than one phlebotomist on staff.“
