Only have had positive experiences at this spa! The front desk staff is so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Carl as a Massage Therapist. I've scheduled with him two separate times and always leave feeling so much better. He was super professional and provided perfect pressure. Looking forward to scheduling another massage!
