Nice little barber shop, very friendly and low key. My bf got a nice haircut for a good price, a neighbor down the hall's dog, Malcolm, stopped in for a treat, the barber had some NY Posts to flip through, the sun shone through the blinds, and it was calm.

This is Phil's shop. Not sure how long it's been around but I think a long time. I've been getting my hair cut here for about a year. Phil is really friendly and it's a great little shop. The barber's chair is an antique. He even shaves the back of your neck with hot foam and a straight razor after he's done. Nice little touch. The space is a little hidden above a Chinese restaurant. But just walk up the flight of stairs, turn right, and it's the first door. $16 for a trim. Little less for kids.
