I contacted them recently during an incredibly stressful time when my son was unexpectedly hospitalized and I needed to have his apartment cleaned and ready for him to come home and recover. I was very upfront with them from the beginning — I told them the apartment was ROUGH and this was not going to be an ordinary cleaning job. As my son has been unwell for a few months.
After hearing what was going on, they rearranged their entire schedule so they could come the very next day. That alone meant more to me than I can say.
They were kind, professional, compassionate and completely nonjudgmental. They tackled an apartment that needed a significant amount of work, and the transformation was incredible. They cleaned, organized, removed trash and took care of areas that were honestly overwhelming. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves.
When they were finished, I could finally look at my son's apartment and feel relieved knowing he would be coming home from the hospital to a clean, comfortable space where he could concentrate on getting better. At a time when I had more than enough to worry about, Family Cleaners took one enormous worry completely off my shoulders.
I was so impressed with their work that I've already asked them for pricing on having them return once or twice a month after my son is home so we can keep things from ever becoming overwhelming again.
They were responsive, dependable, thorough, very kind and worth every penny. I would recommend Family Cleaners without hesitation.
