Had an absolutely wonderful experience! Not only was he able to make me a new key for my car (which worked perfectly on the first try), but even went to the trouble of making a spare. Communication was extremely good and that's something I can appreciate with any service. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
I contacted Shai based on a recommendation from a friend. He installed a smart lock on my house, and was able to come out right away. I'm not living at the house right now because of renovations and he went out of his way to accommodate me, he even came out on Easter Sunday. He is super knowledgeable and gave me great communication. Price was very fair. If you need a locksmith, he's your guy.
Mr Lock Magic is the real deal. Not a call center. Someone who is local and trustworthy....no hesitation to have him in the house. Will keep his name and number and definitely use again.
