“I've been going to classes here for about a year and my fitness has definitely improved. You can get a very good workout in less than an hour with high quality instructors. I can personally recommend Mark, Anthony, Ariela, Mel, and Emily who run some of the classes. Having a membership gives you different options for class types and also instructors which can be very beneficial. Highly recommend giving it a go!“

This is my first time today getting a massage with Serenity I went there for a couples massage and let me tell you Emma and Tishica is the best at deep tissue massage they target every muscles in your body , especially where they feels the knots they stay on that knot until it became loosen. Guys all the bad reviews on their site is a lie , especially about the tip part . They did a wonderful job so they deserve a good amount of tip, we tip them $20 each but they deserve a lot more than that. This will be my to go place once per month for relaxation. Love my massage my body felt so light like all the stress on my muscles from the gym is gone.“
