Nicole was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase. She also was very friendly and personable which is important to me as i like to purchase items from someone i like. it makes the whole experience so much better and would make me want to come back again for future projects. i would recommend her and your business to anyone that needs tile:)

The staff were very friendly and worked together to answer questions. I worked with Nicole N. who listened to my likes of style and taste for colors. She then showed me around the show room, picked out several samples that worked together and we started the process of elimination. Through the process she was wonderful and patient.

Niki in West Hartford was AMAZING!!! She was beyond helpful as we narrowed down the look/feel of our new kitchen… from the countertop sample and beautiful brick-like tile backsplash (purchased at Tile America), down to the paint colors of our walls and kitchen island.
