“I’ve seen three stylist here ranging from a couple years experience to top tier stylist for color, cuts and blow outs and my daughter has seen Becky for a gloss, cut and blow out. I’m not sure what the low reviews are about but I’ve never had a bad experience from start to finish here. I’m always greeted right away, checked in, offered a drink or snack and quickly brought to a station. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 mins for the stylist I’m seeing to be ready for me. My color and cuts are always on point. I’ve bought a few products from here after each item was explained how my hair would benefit from it and each have helped in the way they’re intended to. I’ve never felt rushed. If anything they’ve all taken the time to make sure they understand what I’m asking for and if they’re not as experienced they consult with a senior stylist before moving forward. My advice to anyone looking at the bad reviews is to look right past them. It seems those people are looking for free services.”
