I have had a lot of experience dealing with HVAC companies over the years and Campbell Cooling is bar none, the best company I've ever worked with. I previously used another company for (2) large projects which had been an absolute nightmare. Before doing any work, Kevin at Campbell was kind enough to point out my machine was probably under warranty still and if anyone but the installing company touched it, would void my warranty and didn't even charge me a service charge to come out initially. This was my first sign this company was top notch. Eventually, I had enough and asked Campbell to take over and get my unit up and running for the summer. Kevin identified and resolved the issue (which the other unnamed company could not find) AND did it for a fair price that was literally 400% less than the other company. Price gouging is alive and well with many of these big HVAC companies; not Campbell.
It is nearly impossible to find good, honest contractors these days with a business model centered on honesty with a family-first approach. Campbell is the last of a dying breed and I look forward to using them again for my family's HVAC needs in the future. Do yourself the favor and give them a call.
I was searching everywhere for a plumber. Finally, as I was about to give up I came upon Kud-pro and gave them a call. I needed a back up pump/battery sump pump. John and his team came out. Not only did they install it superbly they also fixed my toilet super last minute. The relief I feel knowing that my home is more secure from potential flooding I can't describe. They are experience, efficient, knowledgeable and genuinely kind! It's a relief knowing I know exactly who to call now. You will to!

Brad came out next day after calling for an estimate, job was done a week later , they made a very complicated job look easy , had lots of big dangerous trees right alongside my fence ,house and power lines, grinded stumps cleaned the yard , crew was polite and professional,and gave me an amazing price, couldn’t be happier

I called this Hair Salon by mistake because their name is similar to the tanning salon that I frequent. It was early in the morning (hadn't had my coffee yet) so I left a voice mail inquiring about a tanning appointment later that day. Minutes later, Mojo called me back to inform me that they are a Hair Salon and not the Tanning Salon. We both laughed it off and engaged in a minute conversation. Arianna did amazing on my shaping and tint. I’ve never had my eyebrows tinted and I’m not sure I could go back! An added bonus was when my lens popped out cause I was fiddling with my glasses during the appointment and she helped me find the screw, get the screw back in with tweezers and had a tiny screwdriver for glasses. 10/10 recommend for beautiful brows (and if you have a glasses emergency during your visit😂🙂)

I live in the United Kingdom but am originally from Newington. This past summer when I was visiting home with my sons, I asked friends if anyone knew a stylist who could do a perm for a boy. If you have a teenage son you know that curly mops are in at the moment and my then 16 yo son with poker straight hair had been asking for a perm for a year. We had called around to salons in our local area in the UK but no one did perms anymore let alone men's perms. So when I arrived in CT, I asked friends and one of my particularly 'in the know' friends, got Tammy's name.
Tammy was AMAZING. From the initial contact and finding a time to squeeze us in relatively last minute, to being thoughtful, kind, and explaining the process to my son down to the science of it (he was curious), to a very reasonable rate--we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I told Tammy she should consider relocating to London as I know she'd make a killing on boy perms! :)

I went to Vero’s Delight Spa in Berlin,Ct. I was so pleased with the service I received, a Brazilian waxing. I felt very comfortable and the waxing was very smooth. Knowledgeable, friendly young ladies and clean place and affordable prices. I recommend it, will be going back for a facial!

Rooterman was contracted to vacuum out the catch basins in the roadway of our Condominium community. The crew was right on time and immediately got to work. The day was one of the hundred degree days this summer and I thought they would want to reschedule, but they did not. They were completely professional and heroically worked through the heat to finish the job.

An interesting review I had an electric panel upgrade looked good but afterwards the dryer did not work!
I personally checked the dryer female receptacle and had only one leg attached to the new breaker panel.a new Time Dale electrician came out to confirm my complaint and found the 240 dryer connection only attached to one leg 20 amp breaker the other leg left hanging in the panel.
The wire was 12 gauge existing on a 30 amp circuit.
This now required a 10 gauge 4 wire rework.
The master electrician knew the wire was to the dryer because I informed him while pointing it out in the existing 3 buss fuse box.nothing was said.
I already paid for the fuse changeover and if told I could have run the 4 wire 10 gauge to the panel myself while the master electrician was there since the wire was existing at the panel.
My issue is the new journeyman electrician very nice individual now a new charge as though it was a brand new job.
Why did the master electrician not say there was an issue or leave the wire unattached and only one leg attached? Where is the Tine Dale consideration for incomplete work paid for in a complete changeover?
$635.00 in addition to finish the work not completed
They did not quote me a price to complete this upgrade . I believe someone should have reviewed what was not done and what would have been the proper pricing for the competition accordingly .thank you for reviewing and hopefully reconsidering this outcome.I felt the complete changeover was priced in line but the additional charge to fix an omission of service was excessive .

He understood all of the issues and what was not completed that caused the Dryer circuit not to be energized correctly.
The additional fee charged was waived and the job will be re inspected and corrected.

For reference they installed overhead lighting in a difficult room, installed new AC wiring and outlets, and ended up rewiring an entire room and upgrading it to a 20 amp circuit. During the rewiring they made great suggestions I hadn’t thought of, at very low additional cost.

My understanding is they do many different job types but specialize in siding and roofing. The previous owner of my home had siding put over the old wood shingle and it left a huge gap between the siding and foundation going all the way around. So I had A LOT OF MICE that learned to enter the home by burrowing under the siding. I called Yargueta and they made me custom color matched trim on site that fit better than a glove to seal the gaps going around the house. It makes the siding look a bit cleaner AND they corrected some issues left by the previous installer for me. They showed up as promised, very responsive, and completed the job to my satisfaction. Additionally, I felt that Yony/Tony is a very good man, he was super friendly, a pleasure to talk to, and professional-- he just radiates genuine positive energy all around. Thank you Yargueta!
We want to write a wonderful and beautiful experience we had with DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen in Newington, CT. We had two bathrooms renovated and completed in a very timely manner.
When you enter into the showroom, you will meet Peter, who is so professional, kind and is a great representative of DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen. Peter will help you select the products and colors to create a “Spa Like” bathroom. Peter has extensive knowledge with the products and will help you coordinate what colors and tiles harmonize best.
The work done by DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen was exquisite, from the professional tile work and placement of the tiles, to the installation of the quartz vanity sinks, marble shower and floor tiles, glass shower doors, a great selection of faucet and shower fixtures and so many more nice touches to the bathroom.
We have to give a “Shout Out” to Shawn, John and Paul. We were amazed by their knowledge and the “Know How” the team had. They were truly “Custom Builders.”
To this day, I still turn on the lights in my bathroom for no reason at all, but just to admire the bathroom and then go on with my day.

We contacted several contractors who claimed to specialize in finishing basements however Quality Built Basements seem to stand out amongst the crowd. Bill was amazing from start to finish. He took time to educate us as to why things were being done a certain way and gave us progress updates along the way. When something unexpected caused a delay, he immediately contacted us telling us why. In addition to communicating the aspects and progress of the project, we found Bill and his staff to be extremely neat and professional. Often you could not tell that major work had been done as his crew did such a great job cleaning up at days end. The finished product is simply amazing. We hired Rocco to do a big job on our back yard. This included putting in a retaining wall, regrading of the yard / topsoil, fixing pavers and patio slate, and putting in sod. He and his company did an excellent job with everything. Rocco himself was responsive to calls and questions, checked up on us as needed and finished the job in a very timely fashion. We have now hired Rocco's to do our regular lawn maintenance for fertilizing, etc. We highly recommend Rocco's Landscaping!

Marchion & Faucher is the only tree service I would use for our gorgeous red Maple in our front yard. They followed my detailed instructions to the letter and added a suggestion or two that enhanced the overall appearance of the tree. It is definitely a specimen tree and I wouldn't use any other service and have used them several times. If something were to happen to that tree we would have to sell the house! lol
Four tall trees removed in about four hours. Crew was very professional and organized; I was very impressed seeing the whole operation. They did a great job cleaning up after too.
Brad came out next day after calling for an estimate, job was done a week later , they made a very complicated job look easy , had lots of big dangerous trees right alongside my fence ,house and power lines, grinded stumps cleaned the yard , crew was polite and professional,and gave me an amazing price, couldn’t be happier

I had the opportunity to hear Susan speak a few times. She's engaging, fun, and on point. She understands the complexities of running a successful dental practice. She speaks clearly about internal team and practice management topics and is an all around great educator. I found her greatest skill was her ability to connect to the audience and engage, allowing them to leave the meeting with tips and ideas for implementation. This is a fantastic massage parlor! The environment is clean and elegant, and the therapists are gentle and attentive. The essential oil back massage, in particular, had a delicate, pleasant fragrance, and the perfectly controlled techniques relieved all my fatigue. Updated review: Been receiving medical massage and PT for a recent back injury. I gave a previous excellent review 4 months ago to begin tx of issues related to my osteoporosis which has continued to improve this condition. Presently I see the team forPT tx and pain management of my back . I continue to be impressed with the team which for my particular injury my providers are Muna and Curtis and Jared for Pt and massage therapy and pain management. I continue to be impressed with their high level of knowledge and taking the time to educate me to my muscular skeletal issues and levels of tx necessary for my injury. Angel also has joined the team recently an added valuable member. I feel that my tx team is my medical family that welcomes me with compassion and care taking the necessary time to assess me weekly at each appt to determine if there needs to be treatment modifications depending on my presentation. I like the systemic integrative medical approach to assessment and tx and the use of both eastern and western models of medical tx to provide systemic care. They look at the entire individual when doing the assessment both mind and body followed by a comprehensive tx plan. . .Last, on the business side they are mindful of insurance considerations for coverage and addressing authorizations and informing me of what is covered or not covered so I can make informed decisions about scheduling appts and what is an out of pocket expense.

Patz Driving School was a great experience overall. The instructors were friendly, patient, and clear about what to do. The lessons helped me feel confident behind the wheel, and the process was well organized. There were a couple minor hiccups, but nothing that affected the overall quality, definitely recommend. 4 stars!
