    I have had the pleasure of taking classes taught by Karey, Jenn, and Tonya. That are all wonderful in their own way.Karey has a very lyrical, dance like quality top her Saturday morning flows. They have really filled a void in my life.Jenn has such a healing presence, and her Hatha classes are impactful.Tonya's classes are full of inspiration. She gives excellent adjustments and you will walk out feeling ready for your weekGreat thanks to you all!

    I’m visiting from Germany and I’ve been looking for a yoga studio here I enjoyed for quite a while. I’ve tried some before but when I took my first few classes at one yoga I immediately fell in love with it. The studio is located within a gym which seemed uncommon to me in the beginning but it didn’t bother me at all as the room for the yoga is isolated pretty well. The teachers are as different as their classes. They have a unique, creative teaching style. In general I found a nice and welcoming yoga-community here.     Their new location is kind of confusing since it's now just a room inside a different gym, and during class you can hear all the other wrestling and workout classes happening outside the yoga room door. I like that they offer both in-person and virtual class options.
