Been going for 4 years. There’s quite literally a class for everyone, no matter what you’re feeling and the coaches feel like best friends that are super knowledgeable. Owners are the best. Love the alchemy crew.
Alchemy 365 is one of the best gyms I’ve ever experienced. Not only are the class prices reasonable, but the coaches are incredibly supportive, motivating, and genuinely invested in your growth. I felt welcomed from day one, and now I’m heading into my third month.
They offer a wide variety of classes - strength, endurance, hybrid, conditioning, plus open gym times - so there’s always something to push you in a new way.
