I’ve been going to Duality on/off for about two years. After my prior gym never got its regular scheduling back after 2020/21, it took me a long time to find a new workout space I loved. Duality is truly the best. The programming is excellent, the trainers are all fun, encouraging, and make sure everyone is lifting safely, and the facility is well-managed, clean, and inviting. It’s also super fun that the owners opened a coffee shop/cocktail bar next door (Side Pony) which has helped me meet people and is very convenient for after class! Duality is the first workout studio I’ve found that truly works for me and keeps me coming back! It only took one class for me to know that I wanted a membership. Before Duality I struggled to find the motivation to workout on my own, now I’m taking classes 4-5 times a week and loving it!!! There is a variety of classes and so many amazing coaches, and the app makes it super easy to sign up and schedule for the week!

I love Duality so much!! I have done 250 classes and there hasn’t been a single workout that hasn’t kicked my butt. The workouts are killer, the coaches are awesome and the music is always on point. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the coaches are always so helpful. I also love that after class you can pop next door for a coffee or a cocktail!
