    Belly Bliss has been instrumental in my pregnancy and postpartum journey. My partner and I took the 'Infant Essentials Class,' which was really informative and helpful. Hannah and Jessica provided fantastic massages to help with pregnancy aches and pains. Dr. Brittany has provided transformative chiropractic care. During pregnancy, she helped with my intense prenatal back pain. Postpartum, she has been life-changing for me and my infant's reflux and colic. I cannot recommend this compassionate clinic enough!

    Can’t sing Dr. Brittany Rojo’s praises loudly enough! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, and her passion for helping moms and babies is so apparent. I worked with her throughout the second half of my pregnancy and saw massive improvements in my pain . She continues to show such care as my baby and I work with her postpartum! We’re beyond grateful for both her warmth, patience, and expertise, and we wholeheartedly recommend her!

    Simply put, Belly Bliss is the village you’re looking for and need when going through pregnancy - pre and post partum. I started attending the yoga classes at 10 weeks and recently started going to the post partum classes. All 3 instructors are wonderful but here’s what makes each instructor’s class special:
    Alyssa’s classes will make you sweat. They are spicy in the best way possible while also pregnancy safe. You will come out feeling recharged and nurtured.
    As a mother, Kelsey knows what your body needs and preps you for the things they don’t talk about (catch me flicking my wrists lol). It’s a fun and uplifting environment.
