I attended my first baby and me yoga at this location. It was such a wonderful experience, I felt very comfortable breast-feeding and changing baby on my mat. It was a very welcoming and understanding atmosphere, no issue if baby cries the whole time, sleeps, if you need to walk around with them, etc. Alyssa is a wonderful instructor and made the entire experience great. I definitely recommend this class if you’re looking to get out of the house with baby.

Belly Bliss has been a wonderful addition to my pregnancy journey. I have taken a few workshops and yoga classes and have had a massage there. Everything has been excellent and has really helped me through my pregnancy.
Oh my goodness, I had to leave a review right when I got home from visiting Belly Bliss for the first time. I got a 90 minute prenatal massage done by Kassandra and WOW!!! I have gotten many massages before but this was truly one of the best ones I have ever gotten in my life. It was so relaxing, the perfect pressure and speed. I was in such a great state during and after the massage. I could not recommend this place more! I will 100% be coming back! They do prenatal and postpartum massages and I can’t wait to try the postpartum one. 10/10 experience!!
