“One of the best first time experiences I have had at a yoga studio. The instruction was excellent, but what stood out most was how welcoming and supportive the community was.

I came in with an injury and was on crutches. The instructor was incredibly thoughtful about helping me find the right adjustments, and another person in class even helped me gather bolsters and blocks. That level of care made a huge difference. The kindness of other to a first timer made me feel like wow I can be a part of this community
