I decided to sign up for this gym last year while I was in a funk because it’s so close to my house but honestly Trevor is the whole reason I’ve stuck with it! From the beginning he has done an amazing job at listening to my goals and pushing me exactly the way I need to be pushed! I never expected to work with a trainer for this long but now I am hopeful I can work with him for as long as I can! Thank you Trevor for being so fun to chat with and making workouts exciting! Also shoutout Brandon for always making me feel welcome and part of the community!

Awesome gym. This part of town is a bit of a “regular gym” desert.There are a lot of Orange Theories and studios but not a lot of just gyms. I’m very pleased to have a place like DG&F.I also belong to a climbing gym that has multiple locations and lifting areas but the gyms are often so crowded, it’s impossible for me to get through my workout quickly at peak times. I never have had an issue here. If you avoid the 4-6:30 pm period after work, you will almost never wait for a rack or a machine. It’s always very clean too, of course there are those members who may not always wipe down their equipment but there are always plenty of paper towels and cleaner bottles...read full review

I have been a member of Denver Gym & Fitness for years and love it. I recently started working with a trainer - Trevor, and he has been great. He is smart, helps me understand the exercises and how they benefit my fitness,, answers my questions, listens and is patient with me, and is friendly and motivating. Thanks Trevor!
