A delayed thank you! We are so thankful for the team at Gateway Hospital; Dr. Sekhon and Jose, who were instrumental in getting our USDA Pet Health Certificate to us in time. There were delays on the USDA side that cut the timing very close for us, and the team at Gateway worked with us throughout to check in on the status of the endorsement and very quickly helped us fix an issue with the shipping label. We can’t say thank you enough to the team for their extremely hard work, and would 100% recommend them for anyone going through this process, and in general. Buttercup will be back!
A very kind and professional team provided urgent care for my dog who now is recovering from her issues. The team appeared efficient in helping me with questions and the required information to process the necessary background data. They were very kind and caring with the dog and after the visit provided continued feedback and advice to help with the dogs speeds recovery. Very reassuring as a dog owner to get that care and attention along with providing confidence that all will be well.
