Very responsive and we got a same day appointment. I was thrilled! Danny L came to our house for an issue with our hood. He was really helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. I can’t say enough good things about Adrium Service. From the very first visit, they took the time to walk us through the whole project and explain the technical side of everything — nothing felt rushed or salesy. They gave us the best price we found anywhere, and the solution they put together was genuinely well thought out.
The work itself was outstanding. They rebuilt the setup inside the attic to seal up gaps that had been there for who knows how long, and they fixed the ducts that had come loose from the plenum — something a couple of other companies completely missed. On top of all that, they replaced our thermostat for free.
