“The staff was very friendly and they moved quicker than any hospital I’ve been to recently! Also +1 for having a nice web app to reduce intake paperwork.“

“Dr Imah and the front desk receptionist were soooooo kind to this frazzled toddler parent. Amazingly, One Medical often delivers on the dream of a 'local' neighborhood primary care facility for the whole family -- without all of the usual red tape of traditional healthcare systems. If only everything in life could be so well designed and welcoming.“

“I cannot speak highly enough of Phyllis Combs of UCSF in San Ramon. My daughter has a speech and language disability, and Phyllis provided exceptional care through myofunctional therapy. Her approach was not only wonderful but also incredibly effective in addressing my daughter's needs. What struck me immediately was Phyllis's ability to precisely identify what my daughter required. Within just a few weeks of therapy, we began to notice significant improvements. This progress was unexpected, especially considering we hadn't even reached the halfway point of the program. Prior to finding Phyllis, we had consulted another myofunctional therapist whose methods were far less impressive--confusing instructions and a vague treatment plan left us feeling uncertain. Phyllis stands out because of her evident dedication and genuine concern for the child's well-being. Her approach is tailored, showing a true understanding of what's best for each individual. I would recommend her without hesitation. However, it is important to note that the practice has a waitlist, and securing an appointment will take some time. Despite this, the front office staff is exceptionally supportive and cooperative. They go above and beyond to assist in scheduling and striving to accommodate patients as promptly as possible.“

“No one wants to get a mammography. It was my first one and glad I was able to easily schedule one at the San Ramon Offices. They had so many openings. Now the day of the appointment, I checked in, but didn't get seen until maybe 20-30 minutes after I came in. That was really the only thing that went poorly. The technician was great. She was calm, tried to keep my mind of what was happening and to be honest, it wasn't as bad as people kept saying it was.One thing that I wish I knew about was that we weren't supposed to wear deodorant and I just showered and did my normal routine. But luckily they do have castille soap wipes to get as much of it off but again, didn't want to have had to do it.Anyhoo, although it was a bit past my appointment time, it wasn't too much longer after they called me and I was off on my way.“

“Angie is an AMAZING aesthetician! She is very knowledgeable and she's good at following up post-treatment. Her recommendations on skincare products for each skin type are so accurate. I met Angie through my dermatologist's office and was receiving treatment from her. My skin became radiant in just a few sessions. I followed her to Tri-Valley Medical Center and I don't regret it. I always know that I am in good care when I see her. Angie, if you're reading this, it's always a pleasure to see you and I am grateful that you genuinely wanna help people recognize their inner and outer beauty through the work you do. I'm so appreciative of you. I encourage everyone to book an appointment with Angie for all their skincare needs. Definitely recommend!“
