I'm 31 weeks pregnant and went in for a prenatal massage. Prior to getting undressed we discussed areas of concern/ what I'm seeking. This didn't feel like your typical massage. Felt like a PT and massage session combined in one - but in the best way!!!
Every step that she did, she would walk me through what she's doing and what felt tense, what can be done at home or work to continue finding relief. She's incredibly knowledgeable in what she does which is truly reassuring!
