“Days ago our front yard water line has leakage and called Plumbing care immediately. They came for free and very responsive. However, the first technician couldn't locate the leakage area. He gave us a price quote for replacing the whole front yard water lines. I would say the price is not the cheapest and not the most expensive one. Then we found the leakage area by ourselves and call Plumbing care again. This time they send Alvictor Bradford III in half a hour(very fast) and fix the leaking area with a new copper pipe. He's a nice guy and working hard on our project for 3 hours I guess. After the work done he even asked do we need him to put the soil and pavers back and we thanked him and refused cos we want to put Pipe protective foam on it first. He did a great job. We are basically satisfied with his profession. The only concern is he did not do Flared Fittings for connection betwn copper pipes. Some part of the replaced copper pipes are underground so he use ProPress / Copper Press for connection. I'm not sure how long it will last. Let's see.”
