I had an appointment at 1:00 on 01/20/2024. I arrived and waited for about 30 minutes before I decided to leave. I was originally very disappointed however the owner of the establishment reached out to me and was very accommodating, helpful and respectful. Although my schedule was very tight that day and I did not have time to go back to have the service done, I greatly appreciated the attempt and great customer service I received from the owner. Thank you!

My husband and I are regulars here. We love every single nail tech. We’ve never experienced bad service, quite the opposite. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Their appointment system is great and I love their text messaging enabled system. I can make my appointment via text message with the salon which is extremely helpful and never realized how much I needed at as part of the experience.
