James and Ralph are great!!! My mom’s AC broke on a super hot day (like 100 plus) that also happened to be the Friday before the Fourth of July. She’s elderly and has low heat tolerance so it felt risky to leave it for days. They were the only company we called that said they can send a tech out that afternoon.
We weren’t sure what to expect as it was the first time the unit had issues so we were super impressed when James came out on time and promptly fixed the issue on the spot post diagnosis.
