I need a water heater and I was very cold , i’m 67 years old and I’m very sensitive to cold water so no big deal for me. They knew I was 67 years old because one of the guys there asked me and then gave me a senior discount which I really appreciated because times are tough. They honored their word and came in the morning 7 AM on a Sunday. I live in FAIRFAX in a steep mountain. I don’t have a driveway so parking is very limited. You have to walk about a fifth of a mile off road because their vehicle goes too huge so them and their guys lifted the water heater and made it up the hill. They didn’t charge me extra .
