I have an aging Noritz tankless water heater and Vince has been a wizard with this thing. While doing a preliminary evaluation to address some concerns he showed me where some things were clearly failing, and for a reasonable price got it in tip-top shape. Excellent work! A perfectly installed bathroom faucet! After 20 years of the same bathroom faucet, it was time for a new one. I had Vince from VIP Plumbing and Water Heaters come out to install the new faucet. This is the second time we’ve turned to VIP Plumbing and Water Heaters for plumbing work as we were very satisfied with the work the first time. This time was no exception. The work was done efficiently and well. Handles and spout lined up just the way they were supposed to. Another excellent experience.

My bathroom faucet started leaking and I needed a plumber - normally I would try to fix by myself, but there were multiple issues that needed to be addressed and a very small space to work in. Based on a recommendation, I called VIP Plumbing and Water Heaters and am very glad I did. Vince was great to work with - very responsive, arrived when he said he would and went over everything before beginning the work, including the cost. He had all the parts needed with him and was both efficient and thorough. All was left clean and everything is working perfectly now. I’m grateful to have found a professional plumber that I can trust and will confidently use for any plumbing… read full review
