“I can't recommend Silky Touch enough! I have an electrologist that I normally go to and love, but I had to cancel my appointment due to an emergency. This resulted in me having to find last minute availability elsewhere. I was super nervous to go to somewhere new so I looked everywhere! She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment, and the procedure was surprisingly not painful. What really stood out to me was the aftercare regimen, it was phenomenal. The cooling treatment left my skin feeling soothed, refreshed, and relaxed, which made a huge difference.

I also ran into a payment issue, and Marina, the owner, went above and beyond to help me. She was so accommodating, polite, and genuinely caring. She made a decision to help me that she absolutely didn't have to, simply because she wanted to make sure I was happy and felt taken care of. She also took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I was well informed for my next visit.

That level of customer service is rare, and I left feeling truly valued as a client. I'm incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by both Kira and Marina.
