The person there fixed it quickly, and also tightened the other side. They fit like new (they are around 8 years old). He did not charge me a penny! I was shocked! It is great to see that this kind of old-fashioned service-minded people still exist. Other retail stores can learn a lesson from this company. Keep up the great work Eyelab!“
