“We have been going to San Ramon Optometry for years. My sons are now grown up and we have not been so regular . Recently my son visited us. His only pair of glasses broke and he had to take a flight on the same day. Being a surgeon and a research scientist this was an unusual situation with the extra pair not handy. I called San Ramon Optometry and what happened was simply amazing for lack of a better word! Sherry , at the front desk took this as a personal responsibility, an example of impeccable customer service and requested Dr.Habibi who so compassionately stayed longer to see my son and tested and gave him a ton of contact lenses to use . I would give more than 5 stars! This is excellence in service and treatment! Thank you Sherry and Dr.Habibi .”
