MedicinEvolution Bodywork Beyond Massage
“I came to Chris after several years of intermittent knee pain and feeling uncomfortable in my body due to feeling out of alignment. I've worked with many people over the years, PTs, bodyworkers and strength trainers. No one was able to assess the issues in my body and help like Chris. My knees improved quickly under his care and many months later are still feeling great. Chris's bodywork was not only amazing, but his coaching and education about bodies and my body mechanics have really helped me adjust how I walk and move. I continue to bring this awareness to my daily life, which is why I think my knees are continuing to do so well even after our sessions ended. Chris is friendly, smart, funny, observant, caring and committed to his work and his patients. I highly recommend!”
Yin Dee Thai Massage
“I can’t say enough great things about Yin Dee Thai Massage. I’ve dealt with ongoing hip and shoulder injuries from years of sports, and Lita is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with when it comes to truly understanding the body and what needs to be done.
She doesn’t just go through the motions—she takes the time to identify problem areas and treats them with real intention and precision. You can tell she has a deep passion for healing people and takes a lot of pride in her work.
Every session feels purposeful, and I always leave feeling significantly better. If you’re dealing with injuries or just want someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend.”
