I am super picky with my hair and was very hesitant to try a new place, but I had a consult with Stefanie and explained what I wanted and specifically, what I did NOT want.. She listened and said she understood and could give me what I wanted.. but the proof would be days later when I came in for my appt and she DID exactly what I wanted..!! It was beautiful!~ And both times when I came in, Josie the owner greeted me and chatted - she is the nicest person.. you just want to hug her.. she is that kind of person! This place is a one-stop shop - they also do nails, waxing, facials, massage, and a "fassage" which is a 2 hour facial/massage combo.. definitely want to try that! If you aren't sure, just go for a consult.. worth the trip. :)

Having gotten my nails done regularly since I was a teenager - I consider myself a connoisseur of the nail arts. If you are looking for a salon in Novato, look no further!I've had several gel manicures and one gel dip at Sally's, and despite my best efforts to destroy their work with a young baby at home and a horse hobby - their gels last 3 weeks! I've never experienced this before - ever! My nails grow so long I go back in to get the gels removed and fresh paint applied, so my nails never look undone.Here's another place they shine- they have a nice community and the conversation flows easily. This is for anyone who’s contemplating coming here if they’ve never been. Today was my first time going to Orchid Blossom in Novato. I was nervous because I have short nails and last time I had them done at my usual spot in Vallejo, the acrylics fell off in less than a week and I was so sad. But also relieved bc as much as I love nails I hate them. I can’t stand my nails being long, I’ve bitten my nails as long as I can remember. So my first time here. The place was small and crowded I came 15 early to my appointment I made by phone and opted to wait outside until they were ready for me. The lady who helped me was amazing. Anywhere I go I get laughs and comments about my nails being short. So I laughed with this new lady and she told me she can only do short nails because my nails were too small. Fine with me bc I prefer my acrylics on the shorter side, and I was already going to ask for them as short as she could go. When she asked me what shape I wanted and I replied coffin. She straight up told me no. I stayed silent bc I have never been told no to coffin nails and I was low key upset. She then told me if she did coffin they would fall off quick and that she didn’t want me to waste my money and have my nails just fall off. It now made sense to me why my nails fell off in Vallejo. They didn’t explain anything to me there they literally just did my nails and they DID fall off super quick. I asked the nail lady what she recommended and I chose to get them square. She said she would do her best to put them on so they last. I genuinely appreciate the advice and care that she put into my nails and am super happy with the results. She clearly had a lot of experience and was kind enough to care about giving me the best value as a paying customer I give 10/10 stars and am looking forward to my next visit. I moved near this shop almost 4 years ago. I never knew it existed and I've lived in Novato for 30 years. Anyways beautiful and clean indoors. Never had a complaint. They do great work. It's a husband and wife team. I've been going 1x a month for gel nails and gel pedicures. I spent about $100 for both services. You wont regret checking them out.

I've been coming here for the better part of the last year and they never disappoint. Today I had Ryan as my nail tech, and he always makes sure to pay special attention to getting the shape of the nails exactly how I want them. I've also had Lisa before (I think that's her name - her spot is on the left right when you enter) and she is also amazing with getting the shape and length just right. I always leave super happy with how my nails turn out and I can't wait to show them off! Angelica’s skills are amazing! A friend recommended her, and I am very impressed. My hair is a bit difficult, and I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but I got an very flattering style, after putting myself in her capable hands. In addition to a cut, I got some highlights, which help blend the grey that is sprouting up! She was also able to match some previous highlights. The whole look is complementary to my face, is functional, fun, and was just what I wanted (but didn’t know!). I’m looking forward to more creative styles with Angelica.

I just had a facial with Janie and it was wonderful! She is very pleasant, fun-loving and skilled and explained all the layers of care she was giving my face along with the great massaging. For some reason I had put getting a facial on the back burner for far too long. My skin looks and feels so much better already. The products that Janie recommended are all very pure and free of the weird junk that so many others contain. And Hope was extremely helpful and friendly. I am very excited to use the products and to become a regular at Moonstone!
For the money you can't beat this place. The ambiance may not match an expensive, lush spa, but the quality of the massage and the expertise of the lovely people, along with their incredibly strong hands (!), makes me forget luxe products and surroundings. Plus I can go more often at these prices. The $40 foot reflexology is so much more than just your feet - it's almost a full body massage. Highly recommended!
THE BEST PLACE EVER FOR A MASSAGE! Deep tissue aromatherapy massage was life changing for me because I have chronic pain from head to toe, with fibromyalgia. When I left here I felt like I had a while new body. They even massaged my feet, which had fatianitus, and I am still walking with no pain. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you have health issues.
Best decision my wife and I made was going to SpaMania to purchase a hot tub. High-quality, beautiful tubs from the best brands out there that they refurbish and upgrade with all new jetpacks, motors, etc. We had been looking for a quality-brand hot tub (as all the slightly lower cost tubs offered at the big box stores have terrible reviews of performance/breakdowns/leaks etc.) and we were pretty much priced-out. But Donn at SpaMania was super-helpful: we told him our budget and what we were looking for, and, within a week he got back to us with the exact tub size and brand we were hoping for, right on our price-point.That same week the tub was delivered and we were in it by nightfall. Excellent service, communication, and professionalism. It was just a pleasure working with Donn and his crew, and we could not be happier! I couldn't recommend these guys more, Donn is a tub-guru and our tub is gorgeous!
I'm not even sure what the correct title should be for the kind of work Boris does. I call him a miracle worker. I was referred to him by my chiropractor because I've suffered with migraines for the past decade. Nothing has helped them & my quality of life was impacted more & more. In just 5 sessions, Boris has "fixed" me & I no longer have the migraines. It still feels unreal that I no longer have to fill 3-5 prescriptions each month in an attempt to control them. Boris also treated my 7 year old with amazing results. I recently flew my parents here from Oklahoma so they could both see Boris. My father had been suffering from severe back pain for years. 2 sessions with Boris & he no longer has to take daily pain meds. Thank you Boris for sharing your gifts with so many people! Yahia is a magician and provides the best, most restorative therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. I’ve seen him several times for “emergencies”; back muscles firing uncontrollably and causing intense discomfort an immobility. Yahia has accurately diagnosed, located and corrected the issue each time. He’s also a lovely guy. None of the massages I’ve received would be what I’d call “relaxing”. They hurt and you leave feeling like you went rounds with Tyson. That said, the actual benefits are remarkable and immediate.

Why isn't this place packed all the time?! I went here for the first time last week. Judy- the owner, is a one person show, and she is PHENOMENAL! I will NEVER pay anyone else to massage me except for her. She asks you at the beginning where you need focus and she does her magic. She has a strong touch and worked all my knots out. By the time she told me to turn over, I could barely move because I was in such a deep relaxed state. I'm use to the reflexology places that are hit or miss, but this.... Wow! Give her a try, you will not be sorry.

Such a good experience. The Salon is super clean, and I absolutely love Hannah's coloring skills. All the gals are up to date with the newest latest hair techniques. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wanted a good cut or color. Hannah is also is a barber, so some of the men in our family go to her specifically for that. I moved up from So. Cal and had the same stylist/colorist and hair extension girls for years. So to say I was nervous finding someone new was a huge understatement! Michelle has been amazing for the past 5 years since I moved to Novato! She's taken my color from dark brown to Gwen Stefani bleached blonde/white without damaging my hair. Not only that, she's started doing my extensions with these new lighter, tape-in extensions that people are having a hard time believing it's not my hair. I've had all types of extensions - sew-in, the old tape heavy extensions, and even the beads. I've never had it where it's as light or easy to maintain as these. I typically don't think hair stylists can be good at coloring, cutting or extensions, but Michelle is that needle in the haystack. I can't recommend her enough!!

Bragg Cooling, Heating & Plumbing recently installed in our home a 2 zone Mitsubishi Ductless A/C & Heating inceiling units, compressor and an attic fan. Todd, the product manager came to our home assessing our air conditioning needs with several recommendations. Victor and Jose did an outstanding job in the installation. They paid attention to detail and protected my furniture with plastic covers so no dirt can get on it during their work. When the job was finished they cleaned up everything leaving our home and yard spotless. They were friendly and easy to work with. The office staff was very friendly too. I called the company and asked if they could come out and check one of my units. Jose came out within the hour. Their service is excellent. I called about 4 electricians in Novato, no one answered and the soonest anyone said they could come out would be about 2-3 weeks. I called Ed Wise electric, he asked me what was going on and then explained that my breaker switch was most likely the culprit and that it just needed to be reset. He actually walked me through the process (super easy) over the phone and did not charge me a dime. WOW! Talk about excellent service and help. The person I spoke with (could have been Ed) seemed to genuinely want to help and told me that what my issue was was easy to fix and that I could do it myself, no need for him to come out and charge me. Recommend 100%. I'll definitely be calling Ed Wise Electric for future issues and/or upgrades I need made.Service: Power restoration

Tony came out and assessed the various electrical issues I was concerned about. He was very helpful and sent a member of his team, Roger, to do the work we agreed upon. Among other things, Roger replaced a broken ceiling fixture in the bathroom Wow! What perfect light this is, warm and bright. He also installed a light in my coat closet. In all the years I have lived in this house there was never any light in the coat closet. Now there is a warm, bright light up high on the wall that operates from a timer switch. It's wonderful what a big difference this will make in my life! I can not say enough about these wonderful people at Lightning Electric. They are polite and friendly, competent and caring. And their work is superb!

I was deeply impressed with the project planning, attention to timing and thoughtful day-to-day work ethic from Dan (who was on site every day), his son Rick (who owns the North Bay Seamless Gutter company) and every member of their team. The job we completed on time and on budget -- smoothly executed and exceeded my expectations. They even carefully complied with the needs of my location and special requests of my neighbors regarding construction work. The roof looks beautiful, and the seamless gutters are amazing! My furnace died on me this winter (over 20 years old) so I called the sticker on the old furnace which happened to be Mark the Furnace Man. He came out the same day, assessed the situation and was back the next day with a new furnace. A few weeks later I realized that heat wasn't coming through one of the vents. I called him and again he came out immediately, crawled into the space and re-installed a broken duct that was causing the problem - at no charge. I chose Mark because he had great reviews, he's a family owned business who works with his two sons, and impressed me with his friendliness and determination to do a great job. Had my bedroom and bathroom remodeled and could not be happier. Richard was very communicative through out the project and was at least one step ahead of me throughout. His crew is outstanding. We put out bids for a ~$300k back yard project involving excavation, new poured concrete retaining walls, poured concrete stairs, a 650 sq deck and more. We knew that Rempe was likely to come back with the most expensive bid, and indeed they did. We took that bid because we had confidence that they had actually put some real effort and thought into the bid and that this would be the cost for the project, without overages unless we expanded the scope (which we did). It was broken down into fairly atomic pieces with costs attached to each one, showing us that they weren't just throwing a number out and weren't going to come back to us later saying, "Oh, this wasn't in the scope, the cost is going to go up." That's in distinct contrast to the other bids we got, which didn't give us nearly the same level of confidence that they'd thought our project through completely. We're EXTREMELY glad we went with Rempe. Working with them has been a simply fantastic process, from bid through to project completion. The answer to any request has always been "yes" (though of course some requests come with a price tag) and not only are they very detail-oriented but also concerned with trying to work around your life so they're only in the way as much as they need to be. As an example of their concern for detail: We had a couple very large outdoor umbrella bases sunk into the ground with 2'x2'x2' of concrete poured around them. I hate crooked lines, and when we put the umbrellas in after, I could see that one of the umbrellas was a little off. Measuring it, it was off by 0.9 degrees. Our foreman on the project (Dave Rempe, the owner/founder's brother), who is a construction superhero, immediately agreed that wasn't acceptable, jackhammered the base out, re-leveled it, and then repoured the concrete. Not only that, but he decided the OTHER one, which I hadn't even mentioned, was slightly off as well and redid that one without us even asking. I decided to have 2 bedrooms, a hallway and flight of stairs refinished and secured estimates from 4 companies. The quotes varied somewhat, and Juan's quote was one of the most competitive. Based on other reviews and my interaction with Juan, I decided to go with Navarro Flooring. Once all the carpeting was removed it was discovered there were 3 types of wood, with the bedrooms, hallway and stairs all being different. Juan spent a great deal of time trying to match the color tones as closely as possible which wasn't easy since all woods took the stains differently. Juan's crew were polite and conscientious and clearly real professionals. Dust was kept to a minimum by utilizing vacuums and plastic sheeting. The result is gorgeous and I'm extremely pleased with my new floors. My experience with Juan was amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to give Navarro Flooring my highest recommendation.

I wish there were more stars available for Dr Kim, she is a true healer. I went from a diagnosis of a full knee replacement from my Orthopedic Surgeon to a full recovery with no medication OR surgery in 6 months! I limped into Kim's office with pain and swelling and now ride my bike, hike and am back to pain free walking/sitting all in the same calendar year. Her bedside manner, knowledge of Chinese Medicine and intuition make a visit to Kim the smart move. I will never be able to thank her for the gift she has given me. Dr Kim is the real deal.....

On my first visit to Dr. Paul's office, I talked about my ongoing pain and numbness on my whole left side. I had symptoms going on since 2016. On my first reflex test with Dr. Paul, I could feel how different the muscle/nerve response was compared to my right side. I had lost 90% of my grip on my left hand, barely felt my left leg, and had unbearable pain for someone my age (27). I found Dr. Paul through a referral and I am amazed by what I could accomplish thus far. He recommended a corrective care program that would cover 90 days (3 times per week) with a reasonable discount which really helped me since I needed more visits because of my situation. This program included re-exams, re-X-rays, and home care routine exercises with some home kits provided by his clinic. I learned with Dr. Paul that soft tissue and nerves heal slowly, therefore patience is necessary to see results. So as you can see in the images attached, during these 3 months I've made real progress, drinking more water, stretching, and going to my therapy with Dr. Paul. I've let these symptoms take over for so long that my body is slowly recovering only now and I will continue regular care with Dr. Paul until my frequency is reduced to once a month. The tipping point was when the pain started spreading to my right upper back and going to reach my right arm, and I am right-handed. My symptoms were these: Numbness and heaviness on the left arm and leg, head, left buttock, and testicle, difficulty breathing, sleeping and exercising or working, zero motivation to complete tasks, 24h stabbing pain in my back near the spine, burning on my hands and dropping objects, unable to hold objects for over 30 seconds on my left hand, neck pain, heaviness on chest and pain chewing food on my left side.Dr. Paul also explained that shifts in our spine, incorrect posture, and degeneration of disks, cut down the communication (flow of energy) with the organs, slowly causing disease and failure. I still have a lot of work to do and I'm glad it wasn't too late for me.I'd also like to remind you that it's still important to get extra exams done and really get to the bottom of what you're feeling. What I can say is that chiropractic help was fundamental for my symptoms to start going away and finally be able to return activities to moderate levels. I bartend and wait tables, so I am always on the move, getting those regular adjustments also make a huge difference.Today, I feel like I went from 0% to at least 80% in general in these 3 months and I am feeling a lot better, and walking straight, which also makes me feel taller and people definitely notice my new level of confidence by the way I carry myself.Needless to say, I renewed care with Dr. Paul for another shorter-term plan after the corrective care, which will allow me to reduce visits little by little as I'm recovering.
Dr Brenda works magic, she was an immense help with my infant who had torticollis. She was patient, flexible, gentle, thorough, which made it the process very easy for parents. Most of all, I truly could not be more grateful for the breakthrough progress my baby made with chiro, when physical therapy wasn't yielding any results on its own. Instead the chiro touch helped unlock the mobility in my son's neck and shoulders and finally helped harness the strength in the PT exercises. Dr Brenda is very knowledgeable on the subject (inc pediatric specialty) and gained my full trust (which is hard and scary when you're seeing your baby get adjustments). I am so appreciative to Dr Brenda for her healing hands and know anyone else would be in her great care.
Dr Monica has a good grip on what the body needs to heel! I have been seeing chiropractors my whole life and as I get worse with my pain.. I've been looking for a new Chiropractor since mine left Marin, and Yelp reviews helped me find this office. Dr. Eckhardt and his staff are very warm and inviting. The office is immaculate, and they practice Covid safety protocols, which helped me feel very comfortable. The adjustment I had was incredibly gentle and helped immediately. I'll go back once a week for a few weeks, and we will reevaluate after those treatments.

Dr. Buzbuzian is a treasure. He really customizes his treatment and is a great educator about exercises you can do to correct the underlying muscular skeletal dynamics. None of that cookie cutter chiropractic nonsense (you know that sequence/routine they do, regardless of diagnosis). I was in a bad car accident in 1997 and have had problems with my neck, shoulder and back ever since. Over the years I've seen dozens of chiropractors, massage therapists, PTs and body workers. I've tried Rolfing, foam rollers, MELT method & yoga. You name it, I've probably tried.But it wasn't until I found Caralina that I've started to see real progress. Before giving me an adjustment she gives me about a 30+ minute deep tissue massage - where she actually digs (I mean that!) into the places I've only wished others would go, to reach the injured tissues that are causing my pain and need the most healing. Then after the adjustment she continues with the deep tissue work. This is a woman who knows what she's doing.... so if you need body work - OF ANY KIND - go see Caralina.
Patrick is the best and he doesn't insist that you come back for another visit unless it is absolutely necessary. His knowledge of what bone should be where is incredible. I like his location as there are many places to ruin my diet after getting treatment.

I have been going to Center Vet Clinic for 14 years. Dr Turna took over the practice almost a year ago. I kept going with my now 14yr old pup. He is very attentive to the health of my dog and his staff is very helpful and friendly . My dog needed dental surgery and also removal of some bleeding bumps and I was nervous because of putting him through it at his age. Dr Turna and his awesome assistant did a perfect job and my pup bounced back in no time. I appreciate the fact that he is flexible and offers options so we can try to keep the costs somewhat reasonable. Everyone there shows genuine concern for my pet and I feel they have his and mine best interests in mind. I am glad Dr Turna took over, I liked the previous vet Dr Berkley but her staff was beyond rude and I was very close to switch vets before he came in as it became stressful to deal with them every time I needed help with my dog.
Im a 15 year old student, I just had the opportunity to participate in a 5 day shadow day. I spent five days observing and sometimes helping tasks performed by the doctors here. I can say with confidence that this crew is organized, sympathetic, caring and extremely pet friendly. I highly recommend coming here if your pet is in need!
Kelli is as knowledgeable, wonderful and friendly in person as she is on the phone! When I follow her advice, looking keenly at the dogs around us in any situation, it increases my awareness of what is going on with the dogs I am with and if I do as Kelli has shown me within a couple of hours or less, I know what they are up to and what could happen next! I now prevent uncomfortable situations with my young Shepard mix who wants to herd dogs even! Kelli is great in all situations and is helping me and my son have a better relationship with our dog. From the first session she is showing me how to have Princess Kitty make friends with other dogs! Kelli is a master dog communicator- from dog body language of all the dogs to subtle and quick changes in the eyes of dogs - and is a phenomenal trainer hands down the best I'm met. She understands what dogs at up to at all moments, and all the possibilities of what could happen next. Kelli may work with puppies but she easily works well with my 50 lb active shepherd as well as my son's friends terrier a 8 lb rescue from the streets of California. Kelly understands dog body language and dogs so well she can predict their next moves easily. Great trainer wonderful lady who truly speaks dog! I would highly recommend her in any situation with any dog, or even if you want to get to know your dog better and make more doggie friends! Sky's the limit with Kelli, expect Miracles!
Great kennel with very reasonable prices. Our dogs have stayed there tons of times and they always get so excited when we turn onto the road that leads to Bridewell. They clearly love it there. Staff is great, really friendly and knowledgeable.

I made an appointment to get my new puppy groomed with Natalie. The appointment was easy to make and I was able to get an appointment within a week of looking. I brought my puppy in for the appointment and met Natalie. I explained to her that I was really just looking to get my puppy's nails trimmed, but didn't know if that was possible without getting a full grooming. She looked at my puppy and told me honestly that she really didn't think she needed a cut and that if I was really not looking for a bath, she could easily cut my puppy's nails for me. She quickly trimmed the nails and didn't charge me anything. Natalie was super sweet in letting me know she would do any grooming I'd like at any time, but that if a nail trim was all I needed, she would be happy to do it for me at any time. I really appreciated Natalie not trying to unnecessarily get my business. Natalie was extremely friendly and very sweet with my puppy. She really seemed to know what she was doing and definitley seemed to adore dogs.
Deb is a fantastic groomer for our sweet Olive. I really have no idea how she does it, considering Olive might get annoying with a simple brushing!
Gabriela is fabulous with our very anxious young Abby. Gabriela is very patient and quickly gets Abby’s nails done. Will even come outside to get the nails done! We love Gabriela and appreciate how compassionate she is with our two pups! ❤️

When I first saw Shannon’s portfolio online, I knew she was the photographer I wanted to photograph a family reunion. My whole family was delighted with Shannon’s work. She’s a excellent photographer who was able to make the whole process of posing for pictures fun, especially for the children, and the fact that we were all enjoying ourselves shows in the photos she got of us.
Tracey was our photographer for our maternity and newborn photos. Everything turned out beautifully and she was great to work with! She picked the perfect beach spot for our maternity photos and listened to our ideas then added even more great ones. The price was very reasonable for the package maternity + newborn photos. I won't hesitate to use her again in the future as our kids grow up!
My husband and I noticed mold growing on the ceiling of our bathroom. We wanted to choose a company that was aware of the toxicity of mold and didn't just "do the job" of removal flippantly. Dry Kings came recommended to us.They are able to do work in Petaluma and our situation was taken care of right away (April 2023). John F was very responsive, professional and helpful answering clarifying questions and being very reasonable with my concerns.Tong and Tania came in to do the removal work. They were respectful of our space as well as us being in our home while they were working. Tong answered our questions as we asked. They worked hard and quickly, getting the removal done in less than 1 full work day. There were some speculations from the team that the mold could've stemmed from a possible roof leak, which I appreciated being mentioned. Once we investigated this further with the roofing company, we found out that it wasn't a roof leak. I am grateful that the damage was looked at from all angles though. Lastly, we were able to choose who we wanted to come in to perform the final mold test, post remediation. I felt good knowing that Dry Kings was so confident in their work that the customer could choose their own 3rd party to test. Our mold test came back clear... no more mold! I would totally recommend and use Dry Kings again. Thank you for a job well done!

Dawid is amazing! Very professional and reliable. Was on time daily. He ran new electrical wire for 3 bedrooms and installed 3 cealing fans. Everything was installed and working great.
