From the moment we first met with the staff at Monte's, we were put at ease as we were guided through a difficult time. Brian went through each step explaining what was necessary and what was optional. We felt very comfortable when we left our meeting and were completely happy with the services. Everything was done exactly as we wanted with Monte's team handling everything.

Amy was wonderful with my three month old blue heeler. My pup is very active and smart, and Amy gave us some key tools, tips and basic training techniques to use for my active and smart pup. She also helped with recommendations for harnesses, puppy food, socialization tips, recall tips, house training, etc. I would recommend her to any new puppy parents!
My son has taken the first steps to being accepted here. The man has given him a little test of physical ability and we've put down a payment. So far so good. I think marin is in yellow their right now but they've got classes and private instruction.

I just moved back to Marin and desperately tried to find a good nail tech. I tried 3 different places over the course of 3 months and landed here. I'm SUPER PICKY!!! I don't mind spending if it's worth the service and Chloe's is worth it.
I love a stylish dip manicure, they have all the trendy polish styles and the techs here have an eye for aesthetics. Shaping is on point, they always trim my cuticles, and duplicated fun designs I asked for over the holidays when I showed pics. I made a mistake going somewhere else for a fill when they were closed. I will not do that again!

I recently had a fabulous color transformation with Denise! Turns out I was NOT ready to go grey so asked her to bring my naturally cool, ashy blonde shade back, complete with all of its depth and dimension. Using an arsenal of highlights with strategically placed lowlights, she was able to do just that. Denise listens to your vision and puts a lot of thought into how to achieve it. The subtle shift in tonality with added shimmer and shine make all the difference in the world! I feel like me again and I am thrilled with the results.

I drive all the way from Rohnert Park to have Jessica do my eyelashes. She's the best, ever. Not only is she the best at what she does, she's one of the truly nicest people you'll ever meet. I don't know how long I've been with her, but from the very first time I've felt like she was a close dear friend. She's just a wonderful human who does magic things to my thin, pale sparse eyelashes. I can't recommend Wax Brow Bar enough! Alexis is the best - she works to get to know you and what the right services are. For me, she made changes that were gradual and natural, I am even tempted to stop hiding my brows with bangs for the first time. The salon is pristine and welcoming - really the best! My roommate gets his hair cut here. I was with him and went inside to check it out. They had three ladies there working. Two hairdressers and a woman doing nails. The haircuts are $25. $30-$35:with a tip. There were so many different people in there. Older men and women. I appreciate the care and diversity of the styles that I witnessed. This is a great addition to the community with hard working talented women.

The old, cheap showerhead, faucet, controls, and drain we inherited were unusable and needed to be repaired and/or replaced. We got a quick response and after evaluation and suggested options, we decided on a pretty comprehensive upgrade. During installation, problems with the old construction was noted and required repair. The work done was very professional, well beyond my skills. Now we have a shower/bath we can confidently offer to our guests.
Brandon H was my HVAC Service Technician for a recent annual maintenance. The service here is fantastic. He explained everything he did (pics of literally everything). He showed me the repairs he did, explained why he did it, and gave me terrific tips on my filter replacement schedule that I was not aware of.
Give this man a raise and take care of him. Employees like this are what makes the difference in a service company.
Thank you Chris Strom, you are a life saver! Last night, my hardwired ceiling Fire/C02 alarm went off at midnight...even after replacing the back up batteries it was still triggering at 4:00 AM. Needless to say I was exhausted this morning. Fortunately, when my daughter called, I shared my predicament. She immediately put me in touch with Strom Electric as she and her husband have used Strom Electric for their home needs for many years. Chris came right over and replaced the failing 8 year old fixture with an up to date combo device with a ten year life that does not require batteries. He was friendly, efficient, kind, quick and affordable! I am so grateful that he was willing to come over so quickly and resolve this issue as I was dreading another night of dealing with the ear piercing clamor. Instead, thanks to Chris, I am looking forward to a peaceful evening and a good nights sleep... So grateful!
I'm very careful who I hire. We had an electoral problem in our home that two other electricians couldn't fix. I called Mr. Pope and explained my problem, my wife was scared we would have an electeral fire. Mr. Pope was at our home later that day and diagnosed and fixed the problem where two others couldn't. We have been customers of Small World Tree for over twenty years and are constantly impressed with their work and dedication to staying ahead of the challenges facing us in Marin. When we first saw signs of Sudden Oak Death, they were extremely helpful in helping us treat the trees and looking for ways to mitigate any spread. As wildfire became more of a concern, they were on the leading edge of vegetation management. We know they have the expertise to make the best decisions. They also have the best crews. Their team has been working with us for many years and we are delighted to see them. They put safety first and clean up better than they found things.
We are the owners and designers of a nearly 4,000 square foot high-end home in Marin County for which we recently completed new construction. Our plans and completed project included significant landscaping, including the installation and irrigation of more than 60 mature trees of various species, as well as multiple shrubs, flowers and other plants. We hired a general contractor, landscape contractor and numerous subcontractors. We also had to navigate situations in which we needed to ensure construction would not disrupt the health of existing trees around the property.
Prior to discovering Ben Anderson, we had engaged two other ISA Board Certified arborists who are well-regarded and expert consultants in the wider Bay Area. We brought Ben in for an additional perspective and immediately were impressed by his breadth and depth of knowledge and experience, and attention to detail. Look, I've had a good number of massages at spas and healers throughout my work and leisure travel over the years, so trust me when I say that Gary is hands down the best massage therapist I have every encountered. It's not even close. Gary does a deep tissue massage that is more than just relaxing, it's objective focused on unwinding problem area and undoing damage from years off running and desk sitting.
