Amy was wonderful with my three month old blue heeler. My pup is very active and smart, and Amy gave us some key tools, tips and basic training techniques to use for my active and smart pup. She also helped with recommendations for harnesses, puppy food, socialization tips, recall tips, house training, etc. I would recommend her to any new puppy parents!
My son has taken the first steps to being accepted here. The man has given him a little test of physical ability and we've put down a payment. So far so good. I think marin is in yellow their right now but they've got classes and private instruction.

I am in from out of town and had a last minute need for a haircut, and I am now sad that I can’t call Gale my forever hairstylist! She is amazing. Listened to what I wanted / needed, articulated exactly her plan to confirm it aligned with what I was thinking, and even offered to help me learn about how to style my “Irish curls” (as they’re being called on social media these days…) — holy moly, I walked in with a mop and left with a gorgeous head of much lighter mermaid-esque hair!! And a guide for how to deal with this hair once I’m back at home myself. When I am in town next, I will certainly be back. Definitely the best salon experiences I’ve had as someone who has very thick wavy hair that’s difficult for stylists to get right, and I don’t say that lightly. THANK YOU!!

Amanda is hands down amazing! I went to her for color after not having colored my hair for years, and she completely delivered. She’s so talented, and my hair turned out incredible - my natural look, but with more dimension and warmth. She’s also incredibly sweet and I had so much fun sitting in her chair and chatting with her!
She’s super communicative, listened to what my vision was, and went through everything in such great detail. I have very long, very thick hair and she wasn’t phased at all, even getting through the process in really good time. I’m really glad I found her and recommend her so highly!!
I had a great experience with Romy today- highlights and cut. She matched my previous color (which was done by another hairstylist) and asked me all the right questions. She worked carefully and timely and I’m excited to go back to her again.
I love this sweet salon! The women are so friendly and don’t constantly upsell you. They do a beautiful job. My favorite is the paraffin wax pedicure where they also massage you. Their prices are great. The salon is super clean. I never go anywhere else now that I found them.

I've been going to Denise Carvajal for over 15 years, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She is an absolute master of balayage. The color always looks incredibly natural, with seamless blending that grows out beautifully.
She also does an amazing job covering my grays. The color is always consistent, natural-looking, and exactly what I want. After trying other stylists over the years, I've learned just how rare her skill is.
I've been so impressed with Denise that all three of my daughters now go to her as well, and they couldn't be happier with their results. My roommate gets his hair cut here. I was with him and went inside to check it out. They had three ladies there working. Two hairdressers and a woman doing nails. The haircuts are $25. $30-$35:with a tip. There were so many different people in there. Older men and women. I appreciate the care and diversity of the styles that I witnessed. This is a great addition to the community with hard working talented women.
I can't recommend Wax Brow Bar enough! Alexis is the best - she works to get to know you and what the right services are. For me, she made changes that were gradual and natural, I am even tempted to stop hiding my brows with bangs for the first time. The salon is pristine and welcoming - really the best! The old, cheap showerhead, faucet, controls, and drain we inherited were unusable and needed to be repaired and/or replaced. We got a quick response and after evaluation and suggested options, we decided on a pretty comprehensive upgrade. During installation, problems with the old construction was noted and required repair. The work done was very professional, well beyond my skills. Now we have a shower/bath we can confidently offer to our guests.
Cody their electrician was just amazing!!. He even put in the effort to call us saying he'd finished off earlier than expected from his previous client & was in the neighborhood & could come by earlier if we wanted!! Which was fantastic , not only was he able to figure out our wiring he kept us well informed of what he was doing throughout the process. Very knowledgeable & an excellent communicator!!
I'm very careful who I hire. We had an electoral problem in our home that two other electricians couldn't fix. I called Mr. Pope and explained my problem, my wife was scared we would have an electeral fire. Mr. Pope was at our home later that day and diagnosed and fixed the problem where two others couldn't. Thank you Chris Strom, you are a life saver! Last night, my hardwired ceiling Fire/C02 alarm went off at midnight...even after replacing the back up batteries it was still triggering at 4:00 AM. Needless to say I was exhausted this morning. Fortunately, when my daughter called, I shared my predicament. She immediately put me in touch with Strom Electric as she and her husband have used Strom Electric for their home needs for many years. Chris came right over and replaced the failing 8 year old fixture with an up to date combo device with a ten year life that does not require batteries. He was friendly, efficient, kind, quick and affordable! I am so grateful that he was willing to come over so quickly and resolve this issue as I was dreading another night of dealing with the ear piercing clamor. Instead, thanks to Chris, I am looking forward to a peaceful evening and a good nights sleep... So grateful!

We are the owners and designers of a nearly 4,000 square foot high-end home in Marin County for which we recently completed new construction. Our plans and completed project included significant landscaping, including the installation and irrigation of more than 60 mature trees of various species, as well as multiple shrubs, flowers and other plants. We hired a general contractor, landscape contractor and numerous subcontractors. We also had to navigate situations in which we needed to ensure construction would not disrupt the health of existing trees around the property.
Prior to discovering Ben Anderson, we had engaged two other ISA Board Certified arborists who are well-regarded and expert consultants in the wider Bay Area. We brought Ben in for an additional perspective and immediately were impressed by his breadth and depth of knowledge and experience, and attention to detail. Ben clearly stood out from other arborists and immediately became our preferred arborist for multiple engagements throughout our project. We still engage him today and annually for ongoing assessments and recommendations to ensure our landscape investments continue to thrive.
