“The absolute best!! I've been trapped into mediocre eye exams and care because of insurance and decided I had enough and that it would be 100% worth going outside of my notorious HMO network. I am so glad I did. Me and my flatter than average corneas have NEVER had any O.D. properly fit me for contact lenses except for Dr. Mozayani. I have spent money on tons of contacts that were sold to me from the big franchise eye and lens storefronts only to have them slide right off my eyeballs with a blink and then told no refunds when they clearly sold me the wrong lenses for my eye curvature.
Dr. Mozayani was super thorough, she explained everything so well and made sure I understood what she was doing and why. She was spot on with the first pair of contacts she brought for me to try. I'm typing this in my new trial lenses now and from the fit to the Rx, I couldn't be happier! Even better is the straining I no longer need to do because my Rx is actually correct for the first time in a long time. All the straining was bad for my eyes and my crow's feet! Unlike the other places I've experienced in the past, Dr. Mozayani even scheduled a follow-up for contact fitting and to reevaluate and be sure I'm getting the absolute best. I love her overall holistic approach to life, strained eyeballs, and the loving reminder to step away from your desk every 30 mins of staring at the blue screen.
The entire storefront is beautiful and has such a wide selection of glasses and sunglasses ranging from Nike to high end YSL and Prada as well. Carly was so patient and helpful as I tried 30 different pairs of glasses on. Everyone was so kind and lovely.
Personal care is so lost these days as everything is video chats and automations or giant conglomerates who treat you like a # and not a human. I really appreciate and respect the level of patience and time they dedicate to each individual patient here. My entire experience was beyond refreshing.
