Mr Rooter Plumbing / Marin

Great service and fast service. Called today and they were here within an hour and took care of the problem!!!! Thank you for your service

I’ve had great experiences with the team at Mr Rooter. Ricky and Alex were out today to do a hydro scrubbing. They were helpful, provided sufficient information and explained the work they were doing for us today. I appreciate having skilled support to help us when our plumbing isn’t working and they were quick to get to us when we needed them. Alex even remembered our house from a previous visit to help clear a blockage in the kitchen. It’s nice to be remembered and know they are familiar with our circumstances.

Clearing , cleaning, and degreasing a kitchen line that had never been cleaned in 60 years. The process encountered difficulties, requiring the technician to, in the moment, take a number of different approaches, spending more time than usual. He was patient and persistent, friendly and informative, working at the problem until it was solved. I would use them again.
