Novato Lock gets 5-stars from us because we had a lock/security situation at 3:30pm on a Friday and they were able to come out and change our commercial lock within the hour. Very thankful for the great service!

Just had a great experience with Novato Lock. I called for service and he was able to get out the same day! I described the problem I was having with my door and they were able to figure out the solution and fix it in 45 minutes! The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and personable! The cylinder was rolling around and around on a rather large, uncommon European lock. Mike returned my call promptly and had a cancellation which had him completing our repair inside of the hour. Reliable, knowledgeable & friendly!
