My family and I absolutely ADORE Natalie! She has such a special way of making our three pups feel safe, comfortable, and loved—and they always come home looking better than ever.
Dog grooming truly is a form of health care for our dogs, and every time we leave our pups with Natalie, we can genuinely see and feel the difference. We have complete peace of mind knowing they’re in such caring and capable hands.
Beyond being incredibly talented at what she does, Natalie is just a wonderful person. She’s warm, kind, and truly a blessing to the Novato community. Don’t hesitate to book with her!
I started taking my dog Ducky to Trimmers and Paws a few months ago and it has made my life a lot easier. Natalie is friendly and kind to all people and dogs. She creates a warm and welcoming environment and has affordable prices. Ducky is old and gets anxious when going to the groomers. Natalie is patient, gentle, and understanding of Ducky. She does a fantastic job and Ducky always leaves with a smile. Just look at how happy Ducky looked celebrating her Sweet 16!! I highly recommend Trimmers and Paws. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
I’m so happy we found Natalie. She truly cares for her customers and does a wonderful job. She recently moved into a new space and it’s so clean and has lots of room for the pups. 110% recommend Natalie!
