Absolutely great! Sooo happy we decided to get a refurbished hot tub from them rather than buying an extremely expensive new one at a hot tub store. Had to replace our hot tub. Price for a good new one was kind of high so we thought we might just get a clean used one, then we visited Spa Mania. WoW. They do complete restorations from plumbing and electronics to tile and finish. They’re like artists. The tubs look new. Ours will last longer than we will. Because we’re old. But still.. We saved a lot of money and we got exactly the tub we were looking for. And they sell new tubs cheaper than the places with the slick sales ppl. Really worth a visit.
I’ve had a great experience with Spa Mania. I bought a Tiger River spa from them a few years ago, and it’s been working great ever since.
Recently, I thought the heater might be malfunctioning, so I gave them a call. Their team was incredibly helpful—they walked me through troubleshooting over the phone, clearly explained what part I needed, and let me know they had it in stock. They even offered guidance on how to install it myself.
