Needed to have our water heater checked as it was leaking and may have more problems, I suspected. It was actually the HVAC repairmanRichard Osorio that noticed that the water heater was leaking, he even checked it and yes, it was leaking. Richard did not work on this butthought we should have it checked by a Plumber.Did my usual research and called a highly rated plumber, left msg.After a couple of hrs decided to try yet another highly rated small,family style plumber business.Grant C. answered, I explained the problem and he happened tobe working and supervising a job nearby and could come by thenext morning. Grant did a very thoroughly check and recommendeda new water heater as this one was very old and several things out of date. The leaking was quite serious. Yesterday Grant and Tayler brought and installed thenew, bigger and current water heater and updated everything.My husband and I was thrilled at how expertly Grant did this job.It looked very nice, neat and clean where he, Grant, had been working.They were very professional and knowledgeable, and I recommend Grant C & Papas Plumbing, very, very highly. I'm quoting another customer, "best Plumber experience I ever had", that's what we think also.The cost was very reasonable and my husband and I hope he getsa lot of business because I/we as a family support small businesseshere in Marin County.Selecting a tradesman is not easy and I hope this recommendation helpspeople needing one.
