I brought my recently adopted rescue dog here after reading all the wonderful reviews. Prior, I called to ask about pricing and home grooming tool recommendations, as I wasn't sure my dog would be ready to be fully groomed any time soon. Henry was very helpful and suggested we stop by so he could see my dog in person to suggest grooming tools. We chatted in person, and my dog settled in enough to come back for a groom the next week! I was not sure if he had ever had a bath, and he had some mats in his tail from his life prior to the shelter. He got a bath and groom, nails done, ears cleaned, and mats all brushed out. Once I found Henry we never went anywhere else. Not only does he have a natural rapport with the dogs but he goes above & beyond the call of duty. He take extra care with things that concern my dog Marlo's health.

Henry is awesome!! I have a lab that obviously had a previous bad experience at the vet with nail trimming. He started to get a bit grumpy with nail clipping. San Marin Vet (not same vet that most likely quicked him) recommended Henry before I entertained a "sedated" nail trim. Showed up at Henry's with a " just in case muzzle" I had bought and he immediately said " I don't want / need that". My dog had a groom and nail trim no problem. He didn't like the clippers so Henry used the dremmel and all was fine. Happy boy! Henry is my new hero!
