“If I could give 10 stars based on my experience with Richard Osorio Heating & AC I gladly would! If anyone has ever been in the unfortunate position of having their heater/furnace go out during the holidays, and cold of winter please read on!Nothing is worse than having to pay for multiple visits from service technicians to repair the problem only for the heater to break down again weeks later, and being told you probably need to buy a brand new furnace when your current furnace is only 10 years old!I found Richard Osorio on Yelp, and based on the positive reviews I decided to give them a call. I was extremely lucky that Arturo "Art" Torres answered that call, and was literally onsite within 90 mins the Friday before Christmas."Art" took the time to listen to our story regarding the furnace, and equally as important, reviewed the invoices & statements of work from our previous service technician visits to figure out what work has been done to not duplicate any efforts.He was amazing in talking us through what he initially diagnosed as the issue, as we are not furnace experts, and was very honest about what work he proposed to keep the cost(s) down while allowing us to make an informed decision on the best path forward.We were confident in his abilities, and trusted him to get to work which he did ASAP. Art completed the work within 90 mins, and we had a working heater for Christmas, NYE, and New Years day with 100% confidence in the heater moving forward!!We are now a Richard Osorio client for life, and a huge fan/advocator of Arturo "Art" Osorio!!! “It's Winter and our heater from 1992 or 1994 finally went out. I noticed it stopped working on a Sunday, called on Monday afternoon and Sean came out to take a look around 5pm the same day. The crew showed up the next morning (Tuesday) on time to replace the heater (too old to get parts anymore). It wasn't cheap, but what is these days. They were able to replace in less than 24 hours from my initial call. You can't get any better than that! I didn't realize how quite heaters are supposed to be! I don't have to turn up the volume on the TV when it kicks on anymore! I really appreciate their speed and professionalism, especially in the middle of Winter!“

“Bragg Cooling, Heating & Plumbing recently installed in our home a 2 zone Mitsubishi Ductless A/C & Heating inceiling units, compressor and an attic fan. Todd, the product manager came to our home assessing our air conditioning needs with several recommendations. Victor and Jose did an outstanding job in the installation. They paid attention to detail and protected my furniture with plastic covers so no dirt can get on it during their work. When the job was finished they cleaned up everything leaving our home and yard spotless. They were friendly and easy to work with. The office staff was very friendly too. I called the company and asked if they could come out and check one of my units. Jose came out within the hour. Their service is excellent. We love how all the units exceptionally and quietly cool our rooms. We highly recommend Bragg Cooling, Heating & Plumbing. We give this company a 5 start rating.“

“We were happy with the work Finest heating &Air did for us. They installed four mini-splits. They were competitively priced with our other bids, did the work on the dates they promised, and everything went relatively smooth. Igor was our main installer. He was professional and knowledgeable.“
