Superb services, easy communication and very professional owners and employees. They are even registered with the State of CA DIR which is what we required in our RFP. Best part free unlimited touchless dispensers for our large property. It was a slam dunk to hire MCC right away and am so happy that we made that decision. Now we make one call and it gets done right away, no more dealing and juggling around with multiple vendors.

I am using MCC Building Services for 3 of my properties here in Marin County and they are really outstanding! I just love them, their friendliness, their honesty, the professionalism in taking care of tenants requests and work orders. It is just the least thing I worry about since I got them aboard.Their employees (Lupe, Hector, Cesar) and everyone in their company shows up, works and keeps my properties sparkling clean and properly maintained..Not only would I strongly recommend MCC for commercial janitorial maintenance but they are amazing to work with should you have any property needs.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

This company is really amazing. They do a great job and the owners really care. I have been using their services for 5+ years or so. They are always there when they say they will be. And when I need them to change times, they do their best to accommodate. They follow every last detailed request and they are consistent. They will bend over backwards for their clients. The owners are always looking after their clients and making sure their needs are being met. I would hire them again in future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for janitorial and building maintenance services.
