“Erica. Ask for Erica. Before I go into why you should ask for Erica - she cut my hair for my 6th, yes SIXTTH donation of 12" or more to CHILDREN WITH HAIR LOSS. MY hair will once again provide a $1500 natural hair wig to a child at no cost to their family. I am happy to know my donation will remind a young child there is still kindness in the world. You can donate any length but little girls wish for long hair so I wait until I have enough to ensure they get their wish for a curtain-like princess hair wig. She is really nice to chat with and I enjoyed learning more about my hair from someone with a wealth of knowledge about this really important topic. I think we already know how much I love my hair. The reason I love my hair is because of skilled, educated professionals like Erica who teach me about my hair texture and how to get it to do what I want it to do, look how I want it to look, and continue to grow the way I want it to grow. Erica is passionate about her work and it shows. I love love love my short haircut! Last year I had a lob - this year she gave me an on trend for 2023 choppy bob I am super confident my will grow the way I want it to grow so I can donate again next year. Erica took the time to understand my hair texture, my wash and style habits, and basically how I wanted my hair to perform. I learned so much and I got some cool tips and tricks! However, Matthew reached out to me around 5 on Tuesday, offering to come immediately as he didn't want me to endure that situation any longer. He managed to arrange a slot for Wednesday morning. Ross showed up on Wednesday, spent a few hours on the project, and successfully fixed it. He was knowledgeable and provided insightful information about the issue and offered suggestions to prevent it from recurring. “Boutique haircut spot. 2 chairs. One cosmetologist/stylist/hair dresser, and she is so delightful. Music is enjoyable, ambience is calm and pleasant. The salon is so clean. But....good luck trying to get an appointment; KC is in- demand and hard to schedule, unless your available for a cut when everyone is normally working. KC is responsive so be flexible.

That being said dont hate if you cant get in, good services are hard to book; great services are a privilege to those who have patience and flexibility in their schedules. KC salon provides top notch great service.“
