Poe was on time (it was a Sunday), courteous and professional. He explained the problem thoroughly and even had some recommendations. I will definitely call again if I have another backup.

Scheduling was easy on the phone. Technician (Poe)arrived earlier than estimated time which was great. Cleaned the drain and was polite and efficient . I would recommend him to anyone.Prices have gone up significantly since last visit in 2025 so not sure about the pricing but no issue with the services provided.

My sewer line was plugged and backed up into my kitchen! It was Sat morning and most people were closed or told me I’d have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Rotorooter was able to get a team out in a few hours to get us taken care of. We live on a hillside and the job needed two people, and thankfully they had two techs available. Reid and Jesse did a fantastic job. Explained everything to us and they were neat and cleaned up. Would use this company again.
