Tim was not careful when removing our toilet and left scratches on our marble floor.UPDATE: Changing from 2 stars to 4 stars. Robert reached out to me to inspect the damage, and then scheduled Marin Stone Care to come out and fix it. I am very appreciative that they took care of the issue without a hassle.
Dario Rios came very promptly, assessed the clogged drain issue and got down to business. He resolved the issue promptly. He offered a longer term solution for us to consider. All in all, a most excellent experience. I’d recommend Rotor Rooter of Novato, and Dario any day.
Robert and Manuel showed up on time and were able to address our clogged 10” - 100’ culvert pipe within 1/2 hour. They were extremely professional and expedient in resolving our issue. Thanks so much!
