“We started using Alpha Mechanical about five years ago. They had been keeping my 21 year old furnace and AC going for as long as possible, but the day finally came. Complete replacement. It took about a week to get the unit we picked installed and we had two of the nicest tech's working on the install, whick took two days. There were zero issues and they even helped fix some long standing issues with the AC location. We have separate AC's for upstairs and downstairs and the previous owners put them in a horrible location, that caused constant overheating during the summer. Alpha moved the new unit and added a 90' exhaust elbow to the upstairs unit to ensure they didn't choke each other out any longer. And probably the best part was that the install passed City inspection with no issues. Thanks Andrey and crew.“
“I had an issue with cool air coming from the heat vents. Seemed to be a problem with the furnace not igniting but I didn’t know for sure. I submitted a request on the website and someone responded the next day and scheduled a service call the same day. The technician called and said he could come early if it was okay with me. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue which was gas valve related and fixed it on the spot. I ended up purchasing a maintenance plan which made sense to me. I will definitely be utilizing this company for any HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommended.“

“We have had our heat pump for about ten months now, and we love it. We were prepared for a higher electric bill, but that didn't happen. The installers were fantastic, they left the attic cleaner and more organized than they found it. To our surprise, there is not a heating element in our heat pump: it somehow works by finding heat, or cooling, from the outside air. Seems like magic, but works wonderfully. “Pros: Time, attention, honesty, loyalty, and effort.Needing a complete HVAC system replacement... we based our choice from the reviews read online this site, and Next Door. Also, reviewed the Lennox Systems available and ratings. Sherm, the Pro-Air owner, understood our issues and proposed a couple solutions. His team lead by the amazing Jose and Pablo, met each obstacle, reconfigured the duct system and installed new A/C and furnace. The ceiling registers were new sizes, so they were left with us to paint until final day of install so they would match interior colors. They were installed and left the job site super clean. Sherm’s ultimate goal was that we were happy with how our new system performed… QUIET, valuable (10 yr parts /compressor and 20 yr heat exchanger warranty), and energy saving. They let us know when they would be here and what to expect; very considerate. Great follow-thru! Appreciate Pro-Air!“

“I used YELP Request and a lot of repairmen answered, I started to use Prime HVAC first. Red flags and my gut was going off with this guy Tony from Prime HVAC I will NOT recommend Tony, he didn't know what he was doing and told me my refrigerator door will always close like it did. I dismissed him and got ahold of Ahmad with 4Wires Appliances. He came over and agreed with me by adding a washer to the door and adjusting the refrigerator to balance, he also cleaned my condenser for free. He cleaned up the mess perfectly, it was like he was never here. He will come back and replace my ice maker, he did not have that special component, but everything else he had. I will definitely recommend him and use him again. Very nice gentleman. He knows what he is doing! I highly recommend him“

Frank came by to give us a quote and was on time, very professional and personable, and took plenty of time to answer all our questions with zero pressure to buy. After talking it over we decided to go for it and scheduled the install for a few days later. Erik and Bill showed up on time and went to work. They were also very professional and very personable. Great guys! They made sure everything worked properly, cleaned up and vacuumed everywhere (even outside the front door!) and showed us how the wall switch works.
