After the other guy told me my unit could not be repaired and charging me to tell me this, I contacted new century, they installed a new capacitor and had it up and running and less than 20 minutes.They contacted me at 7:30 in the morning and we're at my house before 11:00 a.m., I would highly recommend new century to anyone that needs repair, service or installation, they are good at what they do and know how to get the job done

Best service ever! I'll never call anyone else again. After deciding I needed to get second opinion, I called New Century. They came out the next day and the following day they fixed a problem that the other company said wasn't worth fixing and tried to sell me a whole new unit.Service: Heating system repair

Dave, Matt and Robby were absolutely wonderful. They were at my house over the course of 2 days, installing a new HVAC unit. They were professional and super friendly. We got several quotes, and Dave's quote was the best (by a lot!!!). Their attention to detail was impeccable. They went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for better service.
