“I just wanted to take a moment and thank John and John (yes, two service professionals, same name!) for their work at our home yesterday. We had a severely clogged sink and EG plumbing, who originally didn't have an opening, called back and said they'd finished early and had a team available same day! John and John came out, were very friendly and professional and walked me through the entire process, pricing included. They showed me before live camera/video shots and after of their work and even went so far as to re-do their efforts a few times to make sure the clog was gone. I appreciate their work and the company's ability to get us help quickly and before Mother's Day weekend. I will definitely call this group again and hope John and John, the sequel, return!
