My HVAC system stopped cooling during a heatwave in Sacramento. Evaporator coil was leaking and not holding refrigerant in 15yr/o furnace. Rather than pouring money into an older system I called Climate Solutions to take a look and quote a new HVAC system. Kao came out and gave me a several quotes the same day. He was also able to install the system 2 days later and my house has been a constant temperature since.
It’s so refreshing to work with a honest company. I’ve used this company before in the past and remember to call them for my service needs. Very professional, highly recommend!
Kao was fantastic! It was easy to schedule an appointment with him to inspect the issues we were having with our AC system, and he was incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to return the very next day to make the repair.
Our AC is back to working perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Kao was professional, knowledgeable, and reliable from start to finish. Thanks again, Kao! We highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, quality HVAC service.
