“My electrician picked this company to quote us for a new water heater. And although we didn’t end up going with the new water heater, I was impressed with their excellent communication, so we used them for a different job. I was able to get a quote and get the job scheduled in a two day time frame. They just finished installing a water line to my new fridge, and while they were here they were able to resolve two other minor issues (a hair clogged drain & resealing a tube under a sink). Excellent customer service from the office staff and technicians. I now have a go to plumbing company!“
“We are extremely pleased with AirMech. We needed to replace a failing 27-year old HVAC system. We had gotten bids for both gas furnaces and heat pumps but none felt quite right. We went to the Sacramento Home Show specifically to talk to HVAC contractors and are very glad we found AirMech there!We live in Roseville and were very strongly leaning toward a heat pump. AirMech's booth had a display with a running unit so we could gage air flow, sound level, etc. of a Bosch heat pump that does not need heat strips. Their pricing was competitive with the our prior bids for a system with higher energy efficiency.Our overall experience with Air Mech has been more than 5 stars. The quality of their management staff and crew, their work, and their responsiveness to several after-installation questions has met or exceeded my high expectations every time. They really care about their customers and the quality of what they do. .Feb 2024 Update- had our first year system check a few days ago. We were given an appointment sooner than we expected and received a confirmation text with the technician’s name so we knew to to expect. Antonio arrived in the middle of the service window He was very personable and knowledgeable about our heat pump. “Neel's showed up at 8:45 in the morning and I had a meeting at 9. I asked if they could give me about 15 minutes without noise and to let me know when they would make noise so I could mute my mic. Ash agreed and did his best to work with me. Ash and Nathan removed the old system and installed the new system with minimal mess and noise. These two guys got everything done by 1:30 pm! “The whole experience was a nothing but awesome. They keep me up date about everything regarding my hvac unit and even call me to reconfirm the date of my Installation. The installers was polite, respectful, quick and very professional. They know what they're doing and even went above and beyond to get the job done the right way. This was honestly a nightmare since last October due to my home warranty company (old republic home) consistently delaying to replace my unit with their cheap under table contractors and pretty much trying to stall till my warranty expires. But Pamela from ACS continuously reach out to ORH and even went though the process of getting approval just so they can do my job. When ORH finally approval them of my unit, Pamela called me and confirm for today's installation. And all that was done yesterday. Not only did they gave me a professional and caring experience all the way though, but they also add the Amazon prime experience to it too. High quality work with next day delivery and installation.“

We are incredibly grateful!Our AC went out during a heat wave and the first two companies we booked no-showed for our emergency AC repair appointments and attempted to postpone our service up to an additional 6 days. That's how we learned most 24 hour AC repair options do not actually offer 24 hour repairs, and these conglomerates have extremely shady scheduling tactics.We decided to look for a local, reputable, small business and found AirPro. We were so happy they were open on Sunday, and even happier that they were able to fit us into their afternoon schedule same-day for emergency repairs!We received a text confirming our address for service and our appointment window, then a text notification when Jass was 30 minutes away. (We were lucky he was able to fit us in even earlier than scheduled!) Jass was well spoken, knowledgeable, and promptly diagnosed our issue. He was able to repair it, and even offered to assist us with determining if a part for a separate issue will be covered by our warranty.After experiencing the run-around from other companies we could not be happier customers, and are so glad we found AirPro.
