Thomas was very quick to reply and provided same day diagnostics. Made the repairs the very next day. Our unit is at least 30 years old and hadn’t been serviced in at least 9. It’s running better than ever.
More than anything he is HONEST.
We will be repeat customers but instead of emergency it’ll be to maintain our vintage unit.
My HVAC unit is 20 years old and was struggling to keep up with the 100+ degree heat streak. He did a great job of detailing my unit and explained in detail what services I could do to prolong the life of my air conditioner.
Thank you, Thomas Cooper! Great service! Came out on a Saturday and triple digit weather to fix the hvac with bad dual capacitor and hard start device. It's cooling the house now. He even cleaned the AC unit and the coils for free. Much Appreciated.
