“I learned a lot from the visit and it's obvious she cares deeply about what she does. She provided lots of information on ways to improve my health and I am slowly making the changes. I already feel much better and can hear a quiet voice within saying "thank you"“

“Cozy, unpretentious yoga studio for people of all ages and abilities. I've only gone to this location one time so far but the instructor was great. Lots of natural light and a nice waiting area with clean restrooms and water available. Highly recommend.“

“Eugenia speaks the language of tissues, of muscles, of bodies. She is the first person I have found that has been able to create lasting effects in loosening my tensions and bringing a balance to my body. Her work is much more than physical, it is subtle, and I think this is what makes it so special. She understands the multi-layered aspects to a body, and gives the subtle body attention and care. There is so much listening happening between her and my tissues, I feel that if I talk, I am sometimes interrupting hahaha!I leave her studio feeling like I just left a cocoon; revitalized, accepting, and attuned to my body.Edit: it’s been about over a year since I last saw Eugenia, but I continue to use her attunement lessons in my life.“

“I’m thrilled with the progress I’ve made toward aligning my spine and reducing pain. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and I feel so good after each session. I’m in the middle of my treatment plan, but for the first time in as long as I can remember I can envision a life without pain.“

“Among the various teachers, the instruction is consistent and well communicated, both in studio and in the remote on-line classes. It was not difficult for a relative beginner like me to catch-on and immediately benefit.“

“Mountain Yoga is a studio where students can take a class and feel welcomed and their needs met regardless of how long they have been practicing. The teachers tailor make poses based upon the individual’s comfort level. The secret weapon is the teachers Ann, Baxter, Bette, Sarah, Mindy and others who each have their own unique styles of practice. Want to try a new teacher …no problem your dues can apply to all the classes. As a veteran of many Bay Area yoga studios over the years, this is one of the best out there. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!“

“My initial evaluation by Dr Feng was very enlightening, with a bonus of chronic pain relief. I’ve been treated for over a decade by a ND, who has helped me significantly. However, I am traveling across the country again to see Dr Feng. He’s given me hope that I can heal myself.“

“I had a yoga solid practice in my 30's, and when my children entered my life (adopted in my 40's) I couldn't or wouldn't or didn't manage to fold yoga into my day. 20 some years later in the fall of 2019, at age 67, leaving my full-time+ job, I was so exhausted, burnt out, stiff, crabby, and achy. I was grieving with a sense of loss, and trying to just buck up. My home life was in tatters. My next door neighbor invited me to attend a yoga class at Adeline Yoga with her. While it was super challenging, something - a memory, a hidden well of energy, a mysterious something - deep within charged its way from body to brain to spirit and lifted me. This was the fresh start I so desperately needed - and this studio offered such authentic, assured, phenomenally well-trained, and knowledgable instructors, and a revered system that was all inclusive and NOT exclusive!. I took the Fundamentals class and from there started my new journey within the many choices for seniors that Adeline offers. And my body and spirit responded!! Despite Pandemic isolation (which forced me to set up a yoga space in my house!!), I felt a sense of community, a sense of purpose, and a new sense that even at my age, I could get my body supple, strong, and functioning again. Enjoy my physical being again, and even enjoy life. Everyday I improved. I started 2-3 times per week, but slowly the rewards were so powerful that I began to practice 5-6 times per week, and eventually graduated to level 1. Now at 70, I literally feel like 50. I have a sense of well-being deep inside - and even with all the difficulties and heartbreaking events that occur in life - the changes, the challenges, the difficult relationships, I feel I can meet these challenges with an inner sense of power and peace. I am so much stronger, more balanced (physically and psychologically) and I have discovered a whole new career option in front of me! The teachers and guides at Adeline Yoga, and the way everyone is trained, and all follow an integrated similar weekly pathway of practice, gives the students foundational support from which to grow and sustain a yoga practice. The authenticity is powerful. At a recent studio blessing, conducted by a Hindu elder (I'm not sure what a Hindu priest would be called, forgive me) a group of multi-generational South Asian women - all students of Adeline Yoga Studio - dressed in saris and stood together at the side of the room participating as well all were in the ceremony/celebration. It struck me as a a testimony to the authenticity of Adeline's lineage from India. I loved being part of a studio that is connected this way to its roots.“

“This place is a true treasure of wisdom. I have been doing moment for 30+ years yoga, tai chi, martial arts. Working as a professional and a teacher for 20 of those years. JinSung was showing me things that are fundamental to movement and alignment that I have never seen or heard of. In three class I have had breakthroughs that I didn’t know where possible on a physical and emotional level with relationship to my body and moment. I would also like to add my friend who has no yoga experience and does not work out loved the class as well. Please do your self a solid and take a beginner level 1-2 class with JinSung and come with an open mind and heart and see what happens.“

“Thoughtful, attentive, communicative, just the right amount of pressure and time, I had a deep tissue massage ( the first in over a year) and appreciated how Rebeca discussed my needs and let me know exactly what to expect. She checked in frequently and made sure I was comfortable, hydrated and safe. I definitely released some toxins after. Will be back.“

“My experience at Sisters in Motion was excellent! I really appreciated Jennie's guidance and care throughout my orientation class. She is graceful, powerful, patient, and encouraging. I also loved all the language around expanding, taking up space, and touching our bodies as we moved. Their focus on female empowerment through movement and community is so vital.“

“Immense gratitude for Goddess Ashley of The Yoni Day Spa. What started out as an inquiry on her products turned into a 1-hour one on one wellness session. Our Queen sister had no intention on selling me anything but to sincerely pour into me. Ashley thank you for reminding me to take care of ME. To prioritize my mental and physical health. This was a testament to that quality of your character and your products. After our call a literal weight was lifted off my shoulders. Peace and abundant blessings to you and wishing BIG success in all that you do. I can’t wait to try your products ✨??“

“Oh what can I say about Green Yogi generally and Pete Guinosso specifically? Yoga with Pete is about as perfect a yoga practice as seems humanly possible. Pete is the right balance of spiritual and irreverent, challenging and accessible. His choice of music is great, pacing spot on. He takes the time to ground each practice in a specific thought or intention and provides thoughtful nuggets of wisdom around that intention. More than once I was almost brought to tears in the best way. I am eternally grateful for Pete and the work he does.“

“Alok was very responsive and scheduled my appt promptly. He squeezed me in for a much needed 90 minute Thai Massage, in preparation for a 3-day tennis tournament. I especially found the stretching along with the soft tissue manipulation very helpful for sports recovery. I appreciate his calm & friendly disposition. I also liked the way he synchronized our breaths during the massage.“
