Every week with Satya is a wonderful and inclusive experience. So connected to what students need, a welcoming environment, superb and flexible instruction; always gives variation support. I leave class feeling so much more grounded and present then when I came in.
I love Soulflow!! It allows me to restore my mind body, and soul
Soulflow has been such a beautiful, healing, and life-giving source of community in many different seasons of life over the past seven years. As someone who has had to manage chronic pain and a queer person of color, I am so thankful that Satya and the teachers/bodyworkers that she has brought to Soulflow have immense skill, knowledge, and deep grounding in how to ensure bodies like mine can practice yoga and mindful movement.
