“I began yoga 2 years ago, through Vallejo Yoga's online class, and it changed my life. I've continued to take their online classes--I live in SF--and they've all been great. Especially the Restorative Yoga class on Wednesday nights, online. The teachers are wonderful, smart and caring. I love this place.“

“I absolutely love the magic of this studio. The cafe downstairs, the exposed brick walls, and the unique energy of Crockett combine to give it the feeling you seek in a sanctuary space. I am especially grateful for (and totally enamoured with) Katie V's teaching style & authentic attitude...her yoga classes always help me feel empowered and grounded! I also love how the space is "clutter free"...so many yoga studios seem to accumulate stuff & religious deities that I do not identify with for shrines and whatnot. Way to keep the energy flowing free Doux!“
“It was my first time here and it didn’t disappoint for what I was expecting. The place was clean and quiet. The Covid safety protocol were observed.Lauren was able to released and loosen up tight areas on my shoulder and back. I felt my body got a real “ tune up” after my Swedish massage.“
